Medical Social Work Department executes various hospital schemes and patient welfare projects. The schemes include Patient Credit Bank, Abhayam, Adhar Chemo Fund (for chemotheraphy and radiation theraphy), Amala Care Dialysis, Free Dialysis kit Programme, Amala Wings ( Paediatric oncology) etc. Social Work Department handle all main projects introduced by the hospital to support specific group of patients (eg:- Janani Mother Care Project, Joy Alukkas Project, Kerala Can, so on)
