World COPD Day 2022  - “Your Lungs for Life" 

Organised by: Thrissur Association of Pulmonologists and Indian Association of Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation (IAPMR), Kerala Chapter.

          In accordance with the theme “Your Lungs for Life", World COPD Day 2022 was observed with an awareness session for patients living with COPD and their caregivers at Amala Institute of Medical Sciences, Thrissur. The event was inaugurated by Rev. Fr. Deljo Puthoor, Joint Director, AIMS in the presence of Rev. Fr. Antony Mannummel, Asst. Director. The Inaugural speech was delivered by Dr. Prof. Rennis Davis, Vice Principal and Head, Dept. of Pulmonology. Dr. Thomas Vadakkan, Associate Professor, Dept. of Pulmonology presented the theme for lifelong care of persons living with COPD.
