Academic Activities:
Clinical posting for MBBS students for 2 months each in 3rd and 8th semesters and for one month in 6th semester along with theory classes in the
afternoons. Seminars, symposia, clinical club with discussion on interesting cases, general clinics, clinic pathological conference on interesting cases once a week, general clinics once a week, clinicopathological conference on interesting clinical problems in combination with Pathology department, vertical integration classes on selected topics involving all departments from preclinical and clinical side etc., are regularly conducted.

Free OP conducted from 8 am to 11.30 am, everyday except on Sundays and public holidays.
Counselling service of 24 hrs
MICU 7 for seriously ill patients with cardiac monitors, pulse oximeters, mechanical ventilators, overhead O2 facilities, defibrillators etc., with a capacity of 15 beds and 1:1 measuring case
Semi-ICU (8 beds for comparatively less sick, but patients with 1:2 nursing service.
CCU - full-fledged cardiac care is given for 24 hour including coronary angiogram, interventional cardiology and cardiac surgery facilities with
excellently trained nursing staff and cardiologist on call duty.
General ward 120 beds (60 male & 60 Female).
Nephrology unit with dialysis facilities.
Bronchoscopy and OGD scopy are regularly undertaken on fixed days per week.
