Financial Assistance
Amala has set apart 25 to 30 % of its income for giving financial assistance to poor patients.
Dialysis Fund
It has been set up to considerably subsidize the cost of Dialysis.
Agape
Under the auspices of Agape, all poor patients are given free food three times a day. About two hundred patients benefit from this service. The local public generously support this programme by donating rice, vegetables etc. In very special cases, Agape funds are made available to very poor patients to meet the expenses of scanning, sophisticated surgeries, costly medicines, and transportation.
Adar
Adar chemotherapy fund has been set up to help the poor patients who undergo chemotherapy.
Dharmasala
Two lodgings – ‘House of Hope’ and ‘House of Fellowship’ - having a total capacity of 64 beds are attached to Amala. These houses facilitate over-night stay for the bystanders of the poor patients at a very nominal rate.
