Facilities:

General:Extractions, conservative management of delayed and canous teeth with various filling materials, extractions and fillings of paediatric patients, management and follow up of various oral lesions, works hand in hand with oncology and cardiology departments to eliminate all oral foci of infection in the process of getting the patient prepared for radiation and cardiology surgical procedures.

Special oral surgery procedures:

Deals with management of road traffic accidents, oral and maxillofacial injuries, tempero-mandibular joint disorders, cyst enucleation, biopsy and surgical management of oral lesions. Surgical management of oral cancer and associated reconstructive procedures, orthoguathic surgeries, incision and drainage of abscesses are also undertaken.

Orthodontic procedures:

Use of myofunctional appliances to correct maxillofacial growth abnormalities and use of removable and fixed orthodontic appliances to correct various forms of malocclusion.

Prosthodontic procedures:

Preparation of removable and fixed prosthetic appliances to replace missing teeth, malformed teeth, or fractured teeth and fabrication of complete dentures.

Endodontic procedures:

Root canal treatment of canous and fractured teeth is conducted regularly.

Periodontic procedures:

Scaling, gingivoplasty, frenectomy and minor periodontal surgeries are done.
